  Here is a job I went on and found the side of the furnace not cut out all the way. This furnace was just 2 years old and never did work right.

  Drain safetys switch pooly installed. This go's with the blower that wasn't cut out all the way.

  Secondary drain. And it was plugged off for what reason.

  2 year old tall tub dishwasher. Junk in my book.

  Replaced the 2 year old with an original older style Whirlpool. Notice the larger motor and less items to go wrong compared to the last photo.

  Dirty condenser on a ice machine. This machne is serviced every 6 months. We do service contracts.
